Debbie Roden

My name is Debbie.  I qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2003 from Myerscough College. I worked as an RVN for 13 years at a busy charity veterinary hospital before taking a position as Head Nurse at a private veterinary practice. After 4 years, I joined Andale as Head Nurse in 2021. I was Head Nurse for two years and then became Practice Manager in 2023. I am an advocate for staff wellbeing and client customer care for the practice with the patient’s best interest as the priority.

I live with my husband, teenage son and a rescued cat called Eddie. I have a blackbelt in karate, enjoy yoga and playing the ukulele in my spare time.
